Our services operate strictly on a pay-per-use basis. Once credits are consumed, payments are non-refundable as the digital service has already been delivered.

Unused Credits

If you purchased credits but did not use them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no part of the balance has been consumed.

Cancellations

You may stop using the service at any time. No cancellation fees apply, as we do not operate subscription plans.

Exceptional Cases

If a technical error results in incorrect balance deduction without service delivery, you may contact us within 7 days for review and possible refund or credit adjustment.
